Inquiry-based Learning
Children are encouraged to listen, analyze and think, and engage in conversations and activities where they express ideas about shared readings and social-emotional experiences. They actively engage in activities that develop vocabulary word meanings to expand oral language.
Collaborative Learning
Children interact constantly with adults and friends as they participate in whole and small group activities all day. Multiple activities help children develop skills for language and emergent reading and writing, and discovering early mathematics and science concepts.
Collaborative Partnerships
Collaborative expertise with TAMU faculty from the College of Health Sciences and Nursing, College of Engineering, College of Education and Human Development, Department of Educational Psychology.
